Lauren Wilkinson, OTR/L

Laura Wilkinson is an Occupational Therapist with over 30 years of experience.  She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Occupational Therapy.  Her experience includes home health, acute care,and outpatient services with an emphasis with an emphasis in adults and geriatrics.  Laura is certified in working with clients with Parkinson's Disease and other neurological disorders.  She has a vast knowledge of equipment recommendations and adaptions for Activities of Daily Living, including dressing, toileting and hygiene and grooming.  She also has experience in splinting the upper extremity to facilitate correct positioning and function.  Laura continues to pursue knowledge in her profession through courses and Occupational Therapy workshops.

Detra Davis, Office Manager

Detra Davis is the Office Manager for NeuroMotion Physical Therapy.  She has over 15 years of managerial experience and spent the last 11 years as an Office Manager in an outpatient rehabilitation facility.  Her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our business including, scheduling, insurance verification, billing, customer service, and more.  Her organizational skills keep our clinic and team running smoothly.

NeuroMotion Physical Therapy

Paulette Lewis, MPT, DPT, C/LSVT, Cert-DN

Paulette Lewis has been practicing physical therapist for over 13 years. She received her education at Florida Atlantic University, where she was a Pre-Med major, and graduated with a B. A. in Biological Science.   She received her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, also in Florida, and completed her student research on stroke awareness.  Furthering her education, she has obtained a Doctorate in Neurological Physical Therapy from Evidence in Motion's Neuro Recover Training Institute, and has numerous certifications.

Paulette has worked in outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities and as a home healh  physical therapist.  She has dealt with a variety of injuries and diseases through working in all aspects of physical therapy.  It is this knowledge that enables her to provide the necessary diagnosis and treatment to her patients.  She keeps herself knowledgeable on the latest techniques and treatments needed to advance her patient's function and care as quickly as they can achieve it.
